BAKED GINDARA WITH TOMATO COULIES



Ingredients
750 gr Gindara fillet
5 pcs Spring roll skin
200 gr Tomato salsa
500 gr Tomato fresh

Method
1. Cut gindara into 150 gr each pieces, top with tomato salsa
2. Cover with spring roll skin baked at 250 c (at least 0 minutes)
3. Pan fried tomato until look plate
4. Keep aside
